Returns — 30-day comfort promise
Try your SquatEase stool for 30 days. If you're not comfortable, return it unused and in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions, no restocking fees.
- Start a return: email hello@squatease.example with your order number.
- Pack it up: place the stool back in its original packaging.
- Refund: once received, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or wrong items
If your stool arrives damaged or you received the wrong model, let us know within 14 days with a photo and we'll make it right — replacement or refund, your choice.
