Orders leave our US warehouse within one business day (orders placed before 2 PM ET ship the same day). Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within the contiguous United States. Remember, this is a demo storefront — no real orders are processed.

At the moment we ship within the United States only. Free shipping applies to US orders over $50; a flat $6.95 rate covers smaller orders. We're exploring international shipping for the future.

The Original is built for everyday adult use and comfortably supports users up to 350 lbs in normal seated use. The stool itself only carries the weight of your feet and lower legs, so it stays well within its limits.

Yes. Every SquatEase stool has non-slip feet designed to grip hard bathroom floors like tile, vinyl, and laminate. If your floor is unusually slick or wet, dry the area first for the best grip.

No. The feet and base are made from floor-friendly materials that won't scratch tile, vinyl, or laminate. The bamboo model has an extra-smooth base that's gentle on all hard floors.

Our Classic, Slim, Foldable, Kids, and Duo Pack models use a sturdy, easy-clean molded material with non-slip feet. The Bamboo model pairs a natural bamboo top with a durable frame, sealed for bathroom humidity.

It depends on what you value. Bamboo offers a warm, spa-like look and a solid feel; our molded models are lighter, often more affordable, and equally sturdy. Both are sealed or surfaced for humid bathrooms and wipe clean easily.

In most cases, yes. Toilet stools sit at the base of the toilet and don't interfere with bidet attachments mounted under the seat. If your bidet has an unusual side control panel, just position the stool slightly to one side.
